1. Purchase Used Car In China

We enforce a strict quality control process for used cars. Every vehicle goes through multi-layered checks: starting from procurement and preliminary examinations, followed by professional technical inspections and final verification before listing. This ensures full and thorough assessment of each car's condition from the outset.

2. Used Car Renewal

When sourcing pre-owned vehicles, our team of experienced automotive specialists begins with comprehensive documentation verification, covering vehicle registration papers and relevant licenses. We also audit official accident files, authorized service records and mileage track records to promptly exclude vehicles with questionable background information.

3. Acquire The Export Registration

Prepare the required documents, including the sales contract, vehicle inspection report, and Vehicle Registration Certificate, and submit the export license application to the relevant authorities. At the same time, arrange vessel booking and vehicle delivery to the designated port or logistics yard to ensure a smooth export process.

4. Inspection & Certification

We work with top third-party inspector Dr. Cha to fully check every vehicle before export. As China's first organization granted national used car appraisal certification by CNCA, it is also qualified for judicial appraisal for people's courts. Its inspection reports carry legal validity nationwide and can serve as court evidence.

5. Apply For Export License

Submit an export license application through the Ministry of Commerce's Unified Business System. The required electronic documents generally include the Export License Application Form of the People's Republic of China, the original and copy of the Vehicle Registration Certificate, and the export contract. If the destination country does not have specific vehicle import standards, a vehicle inspection report issued by an authorized third-party inspection agency must also be provided.

6. Customs Declaration

Complete the export customs declaration in accordance with the regulations of China Customs. The declaration must accurately indicate the vehicle as a used vehicle and include the correct Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to facilitate efficient customs clearance.

7. Port Service

Partner with experienced logistics providers to deliver customized transportation solutions based on customer requirements. Depending on the destination and delivery schedule, transportation can be arranged by sea, land, or rail. We offer comprehensive logistics services, including freight forwarding, booking, transportation, warehousing, cargo inspection, tallying, and documentation.

8. Vehicle Logout Registration

After the vehicle has successfully completed export customs clearance, apply for deregistration with the local vehicle registration authority within two months, using the export customs declaration and any other documents required by applicable laws and regulations. Before submitting the deregistration application, all outstanding traffic violations and accident cases related to the exported vehicle must be fully resolved.
